Recipe of the Week

Masala Chai

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 tspn black tea leaves
1 tblspn sugar
2 cardomon (envelope opened )
1/2 chopped or crushed ginger or ginger powder
a pinch of cha masala (available in all indian store)

Cooking Instructions
to make one cup of masala tea...
1.take water in pan on stove
2.add tea leaves and sugar
3. add cardoman (with opened envelope)
4. add a pinch of cha masala
5.set the above to a boil.
6.after boiling,add milk and gain set to boil
7.lastly ad ginger and set to boil again
8. stain and pour it in a cup and enjoy hot hot masala tea

n.b: to enjoy strong flavour of tea use the above proportion of ingredients .

if you want to have a little creamy or soft tea add 3/4 milk and 1/4 water..........enjoy it !!!

if u have saffron powder or essence and add 1 drop of it at the time of final boil ...you can get uncomparable aroma and taste...try it!!!
