Broccolli - Capsicum sandwich

Ingredients
2 Slices of bread
1/2 cup broccolli cut into small pieces
1/2 Capsicum
1/2 medium size Tomato
1/2 medium size Onion
1 tbsp Plain youghurt
Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Salt
Tomato Ketchup (Sauce)
You will also need a toaster.

Cooking Instructions
1. Boil broccolli pieces for 5-8 minutes. Cut capsicum, tomato, onion into very small pieces.

2. Now mix well all the above ingredients. Add yoghurt, chilli, salt, black pepper and mix again. Take a slice of bread and spread this mixture over it.

3. Take othe slice of bread and spread tomato ketchup over it and place this slice over the other from #1

4. Now put some butter on outer sides of both the breads. Plug in the toaster and place this sandwhich in it and take it out after the slices turn brown (or turn into toast).
